bio
Born in a small town in the Veneto lowlands, I grew up climbing trees and spending days in the projection booth of a local cinema with my grandfather. I was nine the first time I spliced a 35mm film.
I studied Social Psychology in an attempt to understand the world — and for the same reason, I have done all sorts of job. Photography came as a place of discovery. I found in it a kind of sacred silence.
Working with a documentary approach, I explore questions of drifting and belonging, of identity and the relationship between people and landscape.
I live and work in Milan.
